If you order something from 3Sixty8Creative, we need your information to ensure that we can deliver your order. But we always handle your personal data with care. We take care of them and keep them safe. We are happy to tell you here what we have done with your personal data and why we need it. This privacy policy applies to all personal data of (business) customers of 3Sixty8Creative and their contact persons.
From whom do we process personal data and how do we obtain this data?
We process the personal data of everyone who has (had) direct contact with 3Sixty8Creative, such as (business) customers and their contact persons. We receive the data directly from you when you visit our website and fill in certain data or when you contact 3Sixty8Creative.
What data do we process from you, what do we use it for and how long are they kept?
If you order something from 3Sixty8Creative, we need certain information from you to be able to deliver your order and to keep you informed about your order. This information is also required for any returns or repairs. For this we collect your name, e-mail address, delivery address(es) and your telephone number. The data is necessary to execute the agreement you have concluded with us.
By law, we must keep the data related to your order for 7 years. In addition, we use your e-mail address to inform you about the expansion of our collection and other news about 3Sixty8Creative that we would like to share with you. If you prefer not to receive this kind of information, you can simply let us know by sending us an e-mail or calling us.
Who is your data shared with?
In order to process your order, we work together with logistics partners. These parties receive your order number, name and delivery address so that they can correctly deliver your 3sixty8 artwork to the address you have chosen.
We also engage other third-party service providers to help with various things. Sometimes they also need personal data for this. We only share the data that is necessary for the assignment that the external service provider carries out for us. We do not sell your information to these service providers or other third parties. And we conclude agreements with all external service providers in which we agree what they are allowed to do with the data. The types of work that our external service providers perform for us are: supporting the provision of our digital services such as the hosting, maintenance and support of our website; supporting our marketing campaigns; providing financial services, such as payment services.

Delete cookie history

Delete cookies in Chrome
Click on the 3 dots, top right. Click History > History > Clear browsing data.
In the ‘Clear browsing data’ menu, you have the option at the top to clear browsing data from the first use to only the last hour. Below that you choose which items you want to delete. In any case, check ‘Cookies and other site and plug-in data’.
Press the “Clear browsing data” button.
Delete cookies in Safari
Open Safari and go to Safari > Preferences > Privacy > Delete saved cookies and data > Manage website data > Delete everything.
Delete cookies in Firefox
Click on the 3 lines at the top right, click on Options > Privacy > Delete individual cookies.
Click on ‘Delete all’.
Delete cookies in Microsoft Edge
Click on the 3 dots at the top right > Settings. Under ‘Clear browsing data’, click ‘Choose what to clear’.
Select the cookies (pre-selected) > Press the ‘Delete’ button.
